Mindfulness is being one with yourself.  It really isn’t that hard to be mindful.  It allows you to be calm, centered and present.  You are able to focus on what is really important to you and those close to you.  Mindfulness can be a wonderful tool when it is practiced.  Just a couple of deep breaths and you are well on your way.  The smoother the breathing, the more mindful you become.  Mindfulness has changed my life.  It has freed me from negativity, frustration and has helped my depression.
